BUSINESS EXPERIENCE

SALES ANALYST, Unilever, Vladivostok, Russia - Presently
  • Leading two retail audit projects: a team of 2 merchandisers check the availability of Unilever (UL) products in key retail outlets against competitors and a team of 3 students evaluate visibility of UL brands throughout the city.
  • Creating analytical Excel charts showing the overall sales dynamics of UL brands in the Russian Far East of the company as a whole and business contribution of each distributor.
  • Designing and administering presentations for Sales Representatives teaching them the UL products advantages over the competition and the guidelines of shelf layout.
  • Consolidating various reports involving promo-activities in each city in the Russian Far East.

 

Director assistant, Carnegie Mellon University Telecommunications - Summer 2002
  • Led a team during an outlet audit project, trained team members (AutoCAD), assisted in planning/goal setting and forecasting potential problems; performed statistical analysis, completed 50% of the 8-month project in 2 months, and developed suggestions to improve the second half of the project.
  • Composed a Request for Proposal for Teleconferencing services, communicated with potential vendors, analyzed submitted proposals, and recommended preferred vendor.
